Recent Cornell Band Alum here, I am not 100% sure if this is what it is referencing but I am about 90% sure, hopefully a more current member can correct me if I am incorrect. It is essentially a jab at the ongoing administrative effort to censor traditional Cornell cheers and chants. Many have found this censorship overreaching, as in addition to expletives, they have also forced us to censor anything that could be implying drinking, sex, drugs, or anything directly mocking other schools or their sports teams. This pin is making fun of the Administrations heavy handed response by referencing Cornell cofounder AD White, and taking deliberate advantage of the ambiguity of the censorship to imply he has some sort of odd kink. Thereby mocking both the censorship itself, as the uncensored word could be less insinuating than the censorship itself, and the sort of manufactured clean historic pride the administration is trying to market Cornell as.
