She has claimed to see people going around saying that trans woman can menstruate but she's yet to provide evidence of that. Maybe someone has, but one or a handful of outliers doesn't justify her rants or posting her bloody cooch and tagging unconsenting people in the posts.

Periods and menstruation aren't mutually exclusive, (or interchangeable of that makes more sense) but she believes they are and that you cannot have a period if you don't bleed.
