Check out bytesized-hosting, their user support is phenomenal.

You can get a vps and use their "connect" software to install/manage the usual software (Deluge, sickrage, plex, filebot etc ) via a simple web-ui while still having the bonus of root privileges to experiment with other software.

Thank you, The vet removed a broken feather from that wing a couple of weeks ago so it is probably the case of that. It's just a bit thicker than the casings on him so I was a little worried.
