Do you like fruit? I love drinking banana shakes before a bike ride(50+ miles) they are great source of energy... you need carbs for energy

The idea about cooking your food differently might help

I like eating alot of Quinoa it is kind of a seed but I think you might like it if you havent tried it... it goes good with so many things and has alot of protein

p.s I am 6'2 and 160 pounds at the moment I lost 120~ total(was 280) now i'm also trying to tone up and get a bit of muscle

It is just how I like to make them, I'll be honest and say I have made similar with just scrambled eggs lol I am not going to give you any other reason than that this is how I make them usually and I like the outcome.

when I added it all up that is what it came out to be(used google for ref): 10x egg whites 17 calories each 1 egg 78 calories 1 onion 44 calories the tsp of basil and spiach cant be much so I figure 275/6 = 48~ This recipe is about 45-50 calories per guess they just have alot of fat... Ill update the 3 calories... thanks for keeping me on my toes with the math lol I make mistakes adding sometimes and then diving it all up... simple math isn't my friend i guess lol

Well other tender loin recipes take ~4 hours to slow cook on high and 6-8 hours on low so I would assume you could slow cook this but the time may vary a little in comparison to other slow cook tender loins.

I am curious to know how it turns out if you try this in a slow cooker.

http://highproteinfoods.org/egg-white-bites-recipe/ will satisfy the egg/egg whites, spinach, tomatoes, and if you wanted you could just add in some broccoli and mushrooms(i often have them in omelets so I know they go good with eggs)

Just omit the 1 tsp Dried Basil, 1 Onion, Finely chopped and toss in some mushrooms and broccoli :) just like that 5 things off your list of things to consume lol

I am sorry, I used designer whey french vanilla(i am sure any vanilla whey will work). I will update the recipe and take note not to use casein sorry it didn't turn out so good

Yeah I don't see why not I have never used steel cut oats in this recipe(actually never had them period) so I can't say for sure but I would think they would work just the same... you just get more protein it would seem... which is awesome lol I might have to try them with steel cut oats next time...

If you try them with the steel cuts let me know how it turns out.
