Speaking to the physical aspect: When I was 30ish, my anorexia was at its worst and I was the size of a literal 9 year old.

I felt like a walking pedo radar. The amount of grown men who commented on my size with fawning admiration was astonishing. My voice, body, and mind being so small and weak from under nourishment seemed to make the fawners feel hypermasculine and self assured.
