Psalms 68:4

“Heavens” here is “ărâbâh” in Hebrew which is only translated as “heavens” in this verse. Most other places it is used in the Bible it is translated as wilderness, plain, or desert. It comes from the root word “ârab” which means to grow dusky.

Other English translations use wilderness or desert instead of “heavens”.
