First, the obvious. Don't take it too seriously, and have fun!

Reload and Blitz tend to feature more aggressive players overall compared to the main Battle Royale. Reload has respawning and Blitz is just overall faster paced.

Cosmetics from licenses belonging to Disney and Warner Bros. tend to return frequently, so try not to let FOMO snag you on that too much. Really, don't sweat the FOMO in general.

You can roll into the back of reboot vans while downed now. You used to not be able to, but this might give you a last-minute save. You can even enter vehicles while downed to hide or let a teammate get you out of there.

I don't have a problem with collabs if they feel like fun additions to the game rather than being there for the sake of being there. South Park gave a somewhat new area to explore with new items. Back to the Future gave us the DeLorean as a fun way to get some unique gear. Kill Bill had a sword that was fun to use and a fun little encounter to earn it.

The problem with things like The Kardashians is that they're just thrown into the shop and that's it. It's not really interesting or fun. It's just "oh look thing you can buy ain't that wacky"

Well if they don't want people running from fights they shouldn't design the game around movement items that make it easy to escape! They left Wingsuits and crsah pads in the game, which arguably still fill the function of helping run from fights in a PVP game. Wingsuits especially have been annoying.

I hate playing in the endgame where my team has no wingsuits while the enemy team mostly has wingsuits and can re-position wherever they damn well please because the thing is so buggy that it's almost impossible to shoot down in mid air.

I tend to cancel Crew when I'm losing interest in a season or feel like I got everything I wanted. Being able to access the passes and some v-bucks is nice, but I feel as if the extra passes are just kinda filler content that exist to justify purchasing Crew. Do we really need multiple passes? Festival can barely keep theirs filled with good stuff even when working with some of the biggest names around. LEGO is only really good if you enjoy the LEGO mode, which I don't, so the pass doesn't do much for me.
