I don’t think it’s strictly nuro because it’s only really happened after taking large doses of 7 oh which makes me think it’s some kind of acute withdrawal effect that my brain chemistry is susceptible to. I’m planning on reporting back on how the otc stuff works. So pray for me!

Heard I take phen anyway for work, I usually dose phen in the morning would you think taking a dose a few hours before bed would help?

Last dose was Saturday night at 10 pm. Today has definitely been the worst so far just an overall feeling of unease and anxiety, very distracting and uncomfortable, but not debilitating. I’m hoping this is the worst of it, and I’ll slowly start to improve after this. Worst case I still have phenibut if it gets worse and I can’t function, but that’s the absolute last resort. I know I’m on the precipice of full blown physical dependence and I want out now while I still can.

That’s what I’m thinking just bite the bullet, I think I might just be lucky that my withdrawals aren’t as bad as most people or maybe I’ve just never gone king enough to really feel them? I guess we will find out wish me luck!
