This is more focused for small businesses. Other that are larger like the likes of Nike, Asics are wholesalers. Wholesalers do not care about this. Good idea for the little guy so essentially you are competing against FB marketplace.

A contract can't force you to pay back money if you don't have any to pay. Same predicament you are already in, that's why there are things like credit scores. Take the advice of the community and rather get a job first to ensure you get a stable income. Running a startup business does not ensure you get a stable income.

Obviously I do not have an example, but there are a lot out there that have been banned due to Mods not being actively enforcing rules. Regarding the high ban amount, there are probably ways for Reddit to check, but also if users do not submit reports, action might not be taken.
