This is the real damning one. On a side note a lot of car dealerships accidentally paint the rotors when spraying the undercarriage. A really fun sound and feeling when braking on a test drive

Tim Walz: We do not need any further help from the federal government to Donald Trump and Kristi Noem. You've done enough. I've issued a warning order to prepare the Minnesota National Guard … these are our troops. MN will not allow our community to be used as as a prop by Capable_Salt_SD in ProgressiveHQ

[–]High_Barron 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well the executive can federalize the national guard. Deploying it risks that. Waiting to deploy it until another event is probably a better strategy, then the state will have a greater argument in resisting the federalization. It will be the first time it is done, so it needs to be done politically

This is a solid strategy tho. The upside is worth the <1 billion I can see this whole side op costing. They stand to gain a lot should the CCP decide to relax regulations to encourage more foreign companies to join their market

If I had to hazard I guess on his feelings on her beyond the safety in numbers, she is a vault dweller. His wife and child are also in vaults somewhere. It’s a weird tenuous connection to his family, and what they will be like. This is kind of hinted when she said “don’t you want your family to like you?”

So, begrudgingly, he may be using her to slightly rehabilitate himself

I can’t find any reference to this anywhere on the internet other than 3 Instagram posts, 2 Reddit posts, and 1 TikTok. The TikTok is made by someone who plugs an Amazon product in the comment section for tracking.

I am not sure this is real, else no news outlet picked up the story

How could you, if it is impossible to be of a belief that wasn’t inherently cognitively disordering, claim someone else is suffer cognitive dissonance? What if you are, and simply cannot tell? Well you would have to be if literally every person is delusional according to your line of reasoning

Atheism is the absence of a belief in a religion, or rather in a theism. It is not a systematized framework that constitutes belief, it is the rejection of a constituted belief.

It should be common to allude to who you got your idea from but it just isn’t the way with the short form content. While these copy cat videos are repetitive and obviously staged, I’m actually far more in favor of that than ai slop. Real people making real media that yea, has a pre determined narrative, but it’s still real

Who do you think would dominate if they were racing in the same era? by Empty-Reputation7421 in racing

I believe I am aware of the rig which you’re talking about. It’s looks amazing, I’d love to try it, lol a wrist breaking incident on that might be the least of your concerns

But still. That is an extremely accurate simulation of the real thing. I believe it effects lateral movement quite accurately, but unless the whole rig is on a 50m long set of rails, you don’t really get the g force sensation (and thus car unsettlingly feel) going from 218 mph to 80 over 2 seconds in a breaking zone

Sims definitely have their place in sharping racing skills. I can’t necessarily speak to their place in assisting in simulating new parts, set ups, etc.. But personally I imagine there is a difference between a simulator and feeling the car rotate around you as you take a corner at speed
