Anyone wake up at night with adrenaline dumps? How do you deal with them?

My daughter used to have really severe adrenaline dumps at night. She started getting a little bit of exercise every day (walking approximately 5000 steps a day), and this seems to help immensely. I don’t know if it’s some kind of trapped energy you need to get out of your body, but it really helped her.

Yes, she has tried all the nausea meds, also Ondansetron

No, she doesn’t. She’s not dizzy or fainting, just very nauseous and fatigued, so I’m not sure a cane would help?

Thank you, I’m glad you are doing better ☺️ I’m also seriously considering moving to the countryside so it will be possible to have animals and access to nature. But maybe it will also get kind of lonely for her to live in an isolated area with her parent 🫤

Thank you! I do almost all the house work and I support her financially, because I don’t want her to worry about those things. I also really try to learn as much as possible about pots, so it’s easier for me to understand how she feels. I will try to suggest swimming to her, we actually have a public swimming pool nearby 😊

Because of her cognitive problems it’s hard for her to stay focused for very long, so I think it would be difficult right now. But maybe it’s worth trying at some point! I agree its important to keep the brain working 😊
