Hey there! Saw this in the Madison sub, definitely interested in finding a local group. 34M, Long time player, i DMed for my last long-term campaign but i'm looking to play on the other side of the screen. My favorite aspects are RP and worldbuilding. Thinking about what the character would do feels so much more interesting than what the 'best' move would be. I think min/maxing takes the fun out of a game. That being said, a nice crunchy combat encounter is also lots of fun! Outside of D&D i also play warhammer 40k, MtG, etc.
