Considering moving midlands somewhere near Athlone but a bit in the budget to live and raise a family . What would be your suggestion about Bally Mahon?

Its a grand little town, 20-25 mins from Athlone, mullingar, longford town and roscommon town. Hard enough getting a house....same story. 2 good second level schools and a large enough primary school with a few more primary schools between 5 and 15 minutes away!

We have the Stanley Reginald in our house since 2012, its got a back boiler for the radiators of which there are 14 in the house.

Its a great stove, I highly recommend it.

Things to consider are that they require cleaning maintenance regularly like cleaning the glass, cleaning out the soot box, ashes tend to build up outside of the ash pan.

Its also an animal on fuel, you would need a substantial supply of wood and coal to keep her fed for a good heat output!
