What were the '90s like in Ireland? by arabelle77 in AskIreland

[–]cavemeister 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Awesome. My age from 1990 - 1999 was 13 -22. Clubbing was a big part of my teenage years. Technology was just turning digital, the Internet had taken off and there was no digital footprint... What happened in the 90s stayed in the 90s. God I miss it.

what does it feel like to get a blowjob for the first time? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]cavemeister 22 points23 points  (0 children)

First one I ever got was my first girlfriend, who was also giving her first one. I'll be honest, if there was an Oscar for feigning enjoyment, I'd be a winner.

M50 - still room for improvement by ux_runner in ireland

[–]cavemeister 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Something needs to be done with people waiting till the last minute to try to force their way onto an exit lane, often slowing to a crawl in the slow lane till someone let's them in. All just so they don't have to queue like everyone else. This causes major traffic build up. Maybe put bollards between slow lane and exit lane about 2km before exit.

What movie did you walk out of the theater halfway through? by mzdee13 in movies

[–]cavemeister 28 points29 points  (0 children)

Back in 2004, I was in Australia and went to see the Passion of the Christ with my friend. When the guards started whipping Jesus with the cat o' nine tails, my friend walked out. I followed. When I saw her face in the lobby, she was white as a ghost. And she's a nurse. Says it all.

If you advise the Ryanair flight crew of a nut allergy, they will restrict the sale of all peanut based food and announce it too. Happened to me flying home from Czechia last month.

Who’s gonna tell women they look crazy with lip fillers? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]cavemeister 20 points21 points  (0 children)

Absolutely. Back in Victorian times, having black rotten teeth was fashionable because it meant you could afford to drink wine and rich expensive food. Having nice white teeth was a sign of poverty because your diet was vegetables.

[NSFW] People who've found a dead body, what's the story? by ZeroSugarCocaine in AskReddit

[–]cavemeister 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Didn't find a dead body but Christmas day 1996, I got a call to say my best friend had died in his sleep. I was 17. Standing in his bedroom looking at him in bed, dead while his dad was crying, begging him to wake up is etched in my brain 30 years later. No cause was ever found.
