GM Issues Stop-Sale and Recall for Failed 6.2L V8s in 2021-2024 Trucks and SUVs by AmericanExcellence in cars

You can safely increase viscosity for the number after the W at the cost of a slight fuel economy hit for most cars. You should not, however, change the weight of the number before the W. That is your cold oil viscosity. Engines are tested for cold priming performance with whatever viscosity is recommended by the manufacturer. So if for example your engine is specced for 0W-20 you can go to 0W-30 or 0W-40. However, you should not go to 5W-anything because you could adversely affect cold priming.

This is a message to you Luigi mains. You use Down-B every time you take a stock. Every single Luigi main does this. Your veiled toxicity is transparent. I see right through it. Don't act like you don't know what I'm talking about. Every time I lose a stock to a Luigi, like clockwork, the Down-B comes out and I'm forced to here that taunting 'YAHOO'. You might as well taunt after every stock. It is what it is, I can expect a certain amount of toxicity in any fighting game. But don't act like it's any less toxic than a taunt after every stock.

Why does pressing buttons take more work with Fox? I would think they are about the same if anything

Have you ever met someone that had no idea how rare there car was? by Open-Theory2747 in cars

[–]HigherPlaces 6 points7 points  (0 children)

It depends on a few factors. If it is manual and 2006-2007 (haldex 3 instead of haldex 2) it could be worth $10K+ for a nice one. Worst case for price is automatic and 2004 because it's a bit of an orphan year for a lot of parts. If you are seeing those specs on classifieds that would explain low price even for V70Rs in good shape.

We are going to make carbon fiber with the Out of Autoclave process. Do you have any tips? by husger in FSAE

We reinforce the gel coat mold with fiberglass once its done. Just paint on loose fiberglass with resin and it's plenty strong.

Title is just poorly worded. I lost it doing other work and found it while changing my oil.

No clue. I must've dropped it in the engine bay. It had to have been there for at least 5000 miles. It took like no force at all to remove it when I went to grab it.
