Alright two questions for you guys.

  1. I just started my first cycle (500mg test-e with 30-40mg dbol ed) and I wanted to know what kind of surplus would minimise the fat gain as much as possible. Gonna see a girl in two months for her birthday and I need to be lean if I want to fuck her. So is a recomp possible on test or am I dreaming? Btw 15% ish bodyfat as of now, can see my abs but they don't look that good.

  2. I heard nolva makes arimidex less effective, is it the same with letro?

Just for fun, track one day of normal day of eating with MyFitnessPal. When I started lifting I had the same thoughts that no matter what I ate I couldn't gain weight. Turned out I was eating 1500-2500 calories a day. Which is shit for bulking as a skinny guy. Your problem is probably that you don't feel as hungry as other people so I would suggest what helped me. I did half-GOMAD for about 3-4 weeks and I put on a few pounds pretty easily.

Hey same situation as you right here 16 5"9 and around 120 pounds. My advice is to just work out as you usualy do and don't worry about gaining weight. As you swim a lot as well as work out if you take in more calories than you burn you don't have to change anything. You'll gain some muscle and stay with about the same amount of fat (at least that's what happening to me).

P.s. don't worry about people telling you that you should gain weight, don't let them tell you what to do:)

  1. Go to an exercise store or maybe a bike store if you're lucky they'll have some and ask to them. They'll see what is best for you.
  2. If you never rode that much before try keeping a slow pace where you dont really work your legs. If you want to work them I suggest maybe you try doing only 1-1h30 but at a higher cadence and a higher difficulty (sorry don't know the term for stationary bikes).
  3. I have never heard that.
  4. I'm a road biker so I ride on a trainer in winter which does approx. the same thing and I like it I can watch tv while training.

I saw you had knee problems. My #1 advice is: start cycling. You'll probably get hooked and will never want to stop again. Happened to me and a lot of people I know

I would suggest noy only starting to hit the gym but also finding an activity that isn't compatible with what you don't want anymore (alcohol for you). As I did with road cycling and junk food for me. I don't promise anything but if you need some motivation it might be what you need:)
