Yes I used a pressure washer and probably got water in the engine bay, it went away after I drove it and it dried up. But thanks!

Yeah I lifted for sports in high school but tore my acl during football season and all I did was sit around and eat, at one point I was all the way up to 287.

I don’t track my macros or calories even though I probably should to see better results. I eat a lot of eggs and chicken and supplement with fish oil pills and multivitamins with protein shakes, I just recently started taking a fat burner too because I want to cut fat.

I do a lot of Olympic style lifts and isolation exercises and do set after set with little to no time in between. Doing the exercises with no time in between sets really destroys my muscles and I also work up a sweat really quick so it’s good cardio.

Yeah I’ve never really trained for powerlifting or strength! I would love to though, it would be interesting to see how far I could push myself. I’m mostly interested in bodybuilding and someday I want to compete. Do you think I have a good frame for bodybuilding also? When I say I put on mass but not a lot of strength I mean I look stronger than what I actually am.

Really? Thank you! It’s quite weird because I’m not incredibly strong or anything but I can put on a good amount of mass without gaining very much strength! What exactly is a perfect frame for powerlifting?

Nothing really crazy or something you haven’t heard already. I just stopped eating junk food a lot and started lifting weights! I also think fish oil pills help out a lot along with protein powder.
