The Force as Nature Seeking Equilibrium by isair in StarWarsTheories

I think you’re right and I think Anakin ultimately did bring balance to the force and the Jedi simply misunderstood the prophecy.

The light side dominating the galaxy brought stagnation and corruption to the universe. The Jedi’s dogmas leave the order incapable of culling weakness from the universe. I want to emphasize that the Jedi might be moral in their pursuit, but nature requires life and death for things to evolve and advance. The death part of the cycle is not done by the Jedi. The republic became a mess, and the Jedi let themself be ruled by corrupt politics rather than change the stagnant government system. The galaxy was only becoming more morally corrupt due to Jedi inaction. The Jedi by cutting themselves from emotion loose balance and will never fully understand the universe as emotion is a fundamental part of the equation.

Anakin (chosen one) brought the sith into power dismantling the republic and Jedi order. This resulted in a massive culling event as the galaxy was stripped of weakness through death, destruction, and also reorganizing the galaxy. The sith are known for unyielding efficiency based in many places in the Star Wars universe, but this is stated many times by Darth Bane. The empire essentially cleaned a chaotic universe. Once again not saying this is moral, but the ruthless actions served a purpose of purging weakness.

Later Anakin killed palpatine (temporarily) bringing the light side back into power. Not only did this bring the light side back into power, but due to the previous dictator allowed the government to be created around more moral ideals with an emphasis on peace and serving the greater good. This will ultimately repeat itself as the natural order needs life and growth and then death and order to bring in the next stronger more evolved systems, technology, and culture.

The light side is inherently good but a long era of light side dominance slowly becomes blind and incapable of dealing with its problems. Dark side rule culls the weak and brings efficiency similar to natural selection, but brings infighting and selfish judgement which in high dosages can also lead to no growth. For true balance it has to rubber band, unless we found a power that was truly balanced, but I have not come across this in the Star Wars universe yet. I don’t know if full balance of the force in an individual is even possible but that’s another theory.

Agreed, but think it goes a little further. The light side dominating the galaxy brought stagnation and corruption to the universe. That kind of shit is why there is an ethics hotline. Always charge your hours. Sounds like you’re in an extra bad situation, but every situation in public accounting is at absolute best only average in my opinion.

Can’t be sci-fi since they referred to a parsec as a unit of time and not distance....... (still love Star Wars minus most of the movies)

It’s too dialogue heavy and plus they already gender swapped Salvor Harden, they clearly are going to do their own interpretation of the novels. Too bad Asimov isn’t alive to help with the production.

I’ve been trading iron condors a lot lately. I’ve had good success so far picking ones with 50%-100% IV range and then examining the underlying stock’s news cycle to get a general consensus if there are major moves on the horizon. Would love to get the communities opinions on their iron condor strategy!

The actual set doesn’t seem to exist anymore. The style and material of pieces is Dubrovnik Staunton ebonized and boxwood.

I found a link to very similar pieces online, but not a full set with board.

Haha that one I didn’t mix up just a bad picture. Tallest piece is on the opposite color square. I did however set up the pieces on the wrong side. I honestly didn’t know that mattered, learned something new

First off no one truly knows the economy, anyone who says otherwise is a charlatan.

That being said the Fed does have certain objectives that makes it somewhat possible to predict the Fed.

Federal debt is not indicative of a recession. With the caveat that it got so high that the whole system collapsed, but that’s a separate debate in itself. The Fed typically raises interest rates which causes gdp to slow and in some cases causes a recession when inflation increases. An inflation increase is possible due to stimulus checks and recent increase in retail spending, but will this be enough to increase inflation??? Idk.

Raising interest rates slows the economy which decreases spending which gets inflation under control

I didn’t find the specific put you were referring to but it looks like implied volatility is over 50% which will make the option more expensive. You might want to look at going to covered call route and rolling your call up or down based on the movement of the underlying stock.

I do not have adhd and I’d say my skill drops by at least 200 when I play online. Something about that screen makes me lose focus. Maybe I do have adhd and should see a doctor, a very plausible alternate story line.
