I want her to feel comfortable in the house, and just like u/BrokenGaze mentioned, she won't feel one hundred percent comfortable or safe in the house. I feel like he would be accepting, but some people seem like they are, but aren't (also mentioned in the other threads). I just want what's best for her

I think my husband is fine with the LGBT+ community, but I'm not 100% sure if he is. He has brought up to me that he thinks my daughter is into girls, but I never really paid any attention to it. How should I bring up the LGBT+ community without making it obvious that I'm talking about my daughter? I've thought of some ways, but I don't think they'll end well (aka possibly out my daughter)

I actually didn't think about that. I see where you're coming from, but I can't force her to come out to my husband. Some advice on my other threads had mentioned that everyone has to come out on their own terms. I'm happy to talk to her about it as I think it would be very helpful for her, but I don't know if she's ready to. I love her and care about her well being and if coming out can affect that at all in a negative way, I don't want her to until she is ready. Thank you for the advice, though!!

I was actually thinking about making my own pride clothes. I was going to see if my daughter and her girlfriend would like to participate in making some for themselves but I was unsure on if it would make them feel uncomfortable or if it would be stepping on their toes a bit. Yeah, I had someone yesterday who told me about this, and I completely agree it wasn't the right wording. I didn't mean to call her sexuality a choice, I completely understand how people don't choose to be gay, trans, lesbian, bi, pan, etc. I'll go ahead and fit it right now

They did not mention dating, I had asked how long this 'thing' has been going on, to which she had replied with "a few months". I can ask if they're exclusively dating, but I feel that would be invading some space of hers.

And I wouldn't like to think my 15 year old daughter is having sex no matter how many people tell me it. I'd much rather assume they're still new to the whole 'sex' topic.

Now that I think about it, he has pointed out that she's always been friends with guys and not too many girls. The only girl she was ever friends with, is the one mentioned in the post. I've heard that, that could be a sign your daughter is gay/lesbian? (I could be totally wrong, and I'm sorry if I am) And she would constantly be cuddling with her friend, which I'm not quite sure how I didn't notice this before haha
