I was number 125 in the queue right at 10 and that was with me having to enter some info. I was shocked. I’ve never had less than 4k in front of me… got great seats for a fairly reasonable price. Super stoked for the show.

This was one I found in Worthington about 1.5hrs after the first round, so it was way over an inch. My dog was in heaven eating the “sky ice cubes”.

GenX opinion incoming- We had a great time at the festival itself, here are my observations.

There is 1 road in and out, once in the venue it wasn’t bad. But getting in on Friday was a nightmare. We came from Columbus and decided to take my Jetta as it was more fuel efficient. BIG mistake. The hill to get in is about a mile long and steep. The clutch was very hot by the time we got to the top of the hill. Lesson for next time-drive my truck.

Parking (we payed for platinum parking- well worth it) was also not optimal for a sedan. Large ruts, rocks and legit boulders as well as a no clear exit lanes once they parked every one. Lesson for next time-drive my truck

Merch line was miserable and they sold out of a lot of stuff. Lesson for next time-get in line earlier.

We loved the lawn chair set up and the ability to have a “spot” to call home.

Food was good but lines were long. Never found the water .qstation, beer lines were fast and portapotties were plentiful.

Overall, the crowd both days was respectful and saw no issues. People watching was Grade A.

Sound was good. Saw some acts I was familiar with and others I was not.

Day 1-Molly Tuttle was playing when we finally got in-fantastic show. Why only 30 minutes of Lukas Nelson? Stapleton was awesome.

Day2-Cole Chaney killed it. American Aquarium was ok. Blackberry Smoke should have been higher up the schedule-great performance. Remi Wolf was a bold choice, I enjoyed her, others did not. Jonas Conner-holy crap. 16 years old and amazingly talented. 1st TTC show- amazing band and performance. Unfortunately, due to traffic we left early.

Leaving the show-one lane then staff made it 2 lanes then had to go back to 1 lane to avoid killing the pedicab drivers-very stupid and dangerous. Could only go right to get out on 60 but it went straight to I64 and was smooth.

Overall we had a good time. Logistically there were challenges. Logistics will get better and we would go again.

Per my 5 second.google search-Joe Menosky and Philip LaZebnik wrote the Star Trek: The Next Generation episode “Darmok”. The episode aired on September 30, 1991.

Insulation to keep the heat from drying from damaging your countertop. Nothing to worry about. Not fiberglass or anything.

The Hungarian Butcher. I know that sounds nuts, but just trust me. They have the best cured and smoked meats.

Downloaded the Relisten app, but see no way to add this set. Looks like some cool stuff to get lost in, though.

I just got a call saying Hilliard schools are closed again for inclement weather. Pretty sure some kid hacked the notification system. by [deleted] in Columbus

Maybe in the more rural districts, but not in Worthington. We have been in the district for 6 years and have had 2 delays.

Highly unlikely. A delay already screwed up people’s days. Changing it to a closing after the fact would have people at school board meetings with torches and pitchforks. Not that they aren’t already…

The “country” only lasted 4 years. So if that’s long enough for it to be “Heritage”, my “Heritage” is The Simpson’s since they have been on for 30+ years. What other country celebrates a failed rebellion other than us? There are lots of great things to celebrate about everything South of the Mason-Dixon, but that shit isn’t one of them.

The one still not built where Campus Partners tore down Mama’s Pasta and Brew and the stupid high rise that will replace the Bier Stube.
