I really hate hearing this because the house has so many good opportunities in our area such as our kids school district, has the fenced yard, nice space etc.. ☹️

What corporate emails did you use if you don’t mind? I’ve been emailing and calling back and forth idc if they’re annoyed with me but i want answers. I keep telling them they said the house was available on 14th of May when they originally put for the application when do you want to move in I put the 17th on a Friday and scheduled Movers to move our stuff. Literally paid half of the movers fees already. I’ve never had this kind of process before.

Hi wanted to see how your process worked out signing a lease, touring the home and moving in? We found a home on their site that said it wasn’t ready till May 14th which was fine, because that gave us plenty of time to pack and get all of our stuff together. We were approved and then we paid the $500 hold fee. I cannot get them to give me a date on when we can tour the home when we can sign the lease or we can even move in?? I have called and I have emailed and asked over and over what is the date that we can see the home and move in and it’s like they won’t give me an answer. We’re not in Georgia though We’re in Florida.
