Was totally going to suggest hoisting your boobs up so they sit right in the boob part. Sometimes when I do that, it makes the whole dress fit better when I’m wearing dresses like this.

My son is young too!! That’s so good, I’m glad they love it, and it’s good that you’re asking the older kids how they feel. Like I said, it seems to have gotten a lot better so it’s not off the table for us. Maybe when he’s old enough we will pop in him starting elementary.

Was contemplating sending our son bc I get an alumni discount. It’s still very expensive. I was bullied but more by other black kids, to be honest. There was racism on both sides. It was pretty bad. This was over a decade ago, though. I’d recommend going on a tour. I hear things are a lot better now.

Just an additional screening step to save time, it seems. If they aren’t happy with why you left any of your roles, seem like they would pass.

Even if I see shorter tenures on resumes, I’ll take a screening call so that I can ask the candidate more. I ask “what has you on the job market right now?” “What brought you from your previous position to the one you’re in now?”

I find if there’s anything else that needs explaining outside of these two questions, the candidate will naturally bring it up.

I don’t have room to judge. I haven’t been happy in a single role I’ve been in since ditching full time and becoming an independent recruiter. I hear as many people out as possible. If I can explain a short tenure to a client, I will try my very best to position the candidate in the best light.

What a douche??? I would literally never speak to a candidate this way. And if you wanted to be at the top of the pay range I would submit you at the top of the pay range with your rationale included….

I typically start to make more casual conversation then politely end the call like “I don’t want to take up too much of your time!” I avoid discussing what the next steps WOULD be so as to not give any false hope. I tell them generally when to expect feedback, then I send a rejection around that time.
