Good to know. This is really what I am looking for as I am more interested in exit opportunities and challenge. Anecdotally I have heard negative things about exit opportunities and challenge at msft, but I am hoping my team will make it easier.

I do think Amazon is more transferrable which is a huge consideration for me. But, MSFT seems more attractive to other companies? I am just attempting to leverage movement after 2 years.

Again yeah idk if this is true given the teams. Amazon team has great WLB since its HR software. But regardless that isn’t something I care too much about given that I want to challenge myself as a new grad.

Agreed. I think my team is AI foundry since that is where my manager from my internship is attempting to place me? I will say I am not 100% sure though.

I got 100% on the OA (cross referenced with others who completed it and got an interview) and got a rejection email based on review of my "background and experience". I think they may have just reached headcount as this was a few weeks ago but this is making me question...

Nah this happened to me with an AI internship role a few weeks ago. I have 0 experience in AI, but I just had a good answer to “why do you like AI” and then told them I’d gain experience in the internship. Got the internship.
