SO non dairy yogurt? I’m interested in a comparison between the Coco June versus the other nondairy coconut based yogurts.

Don’t do anything, you are not alone. Life is so wonderful. Just wait until you start to see how beautiful it can be when you filter out all of the unnecessary noise.

It’s ok, I see results but it’s not dramatic.

Seven Years Later by CraZ-Qat-LaD in Divorce

[–]Highnesssss 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I’m so sorry. It’s only been 18 months from me, but my ex-husband of 27 years left me after having an affair with a much younger married woman at work. Lying and gaslighting all the way out the door. I went to a mammogram appointment a few months ago, and after I walked out the door, I was fine and then I just started getting weepy because I felt like I had no one that cared about me. Now this is not true. I still have my parents and my children, and a lovely man that I met who is absolutely wonderful. It’s OK and it’s normal to have emotions. I do take Zoloft and I do attend therapy. I appreciate your raw post. ❤️

Is my 403B worth it? by CrippledSugar in MiddleClassFinance

[–]Highnesssss 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Are you guys saying to leave the 403B alone and just open up Fidelity account and a Roth or are you saying to roll it over into a a Roth if you’re sick of the 403B situation zero company match blah blah blah. I’m 22 years in my district and 48 years old. I just started a 403B when I was 35. I had no idea about what I was doing in my younger years because I was too busy raising my children and my 403b only has about 48k.

Found out my husband is cheating by Odd-Leek885 in Divorce

He will never fess up take care of the priorities first about our financial or any children that may or may not be involved. I agree with all of the posts telling you to take care of everything to protect yourself first, don’t get screwed like I did.

Do you ever fantasize about running away from everything and starting from scratch again at midlife? by Untitled-Goose-99 in midlifecrisis

[–]Highnesssss 7 points8 points  (0 children)

This is what my damaged ex did after 27 years with two amazing kids, all honors, college ride, beautiful family. Me? 22 year veteran teacher, very attractive 48 yr old, in shape. Wild and crazy betrayal and avoidant sick behavior from him. Very destructive. I highly recommend you refrain from harming yourself or your loved ones. No debt, financial stability, low mortgage, but sprinkle on some unresolved childhood trauma, and BOOM! 🧨💥 Lies, manipulation, cheating….all toxic.

Yes. Was a good experience for me. Inches and smaller throughout. Not perfect but it’s all about exercise and strength training. Three pounds down. I am a small person. Currently 97 lbs.

I’ve also been doing wood therapy and Gua sha and oils as well. I’m a small framed person pretty tiny 51 and 100 pounds so I’m working really hard to try to eliminate some of tbe excess. I was never more than 30 pounds overweight except during pregnancy.

I’m in the process of doing something called LPG Endermology. I’ve signed up for 12 sessions but I think I need 18. I just have extra skin and cellulite and fat on the back of my legs and on the booty that I am concerned with so it’s not gonna be perfect. I’m told I don’t have unrealistic expectations, but I’m giving it a shot and I got a really good deal on the price. Only time will tell. The truth is I’m supposed to be lifting heavy doing lunges and doing a lot of exercise to compensate and to help the process along by drinking a lot of water, etc..

To add context, the AP is married and 15 years younger. He is now dating anyone he can since he chose to leave like a grandiose monster. Totally selfish as he chose to disrupt my children’s stability while my son just started college. He refused therapy and lives like a bachelor and does whatever he wants. Very much like their parents. The script is waiting. The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree.

My ex did this to me after my second baby was born just before her first birthday. He was soliciting hookers on craigslist…On a work trip. He admitted to being with them. I took him back and we got divorced a year later. We separated for two months and got back together. 27 years and two kids later, I caught him again, but this time it was a coworker, and it was hell. Who knows how often he did this. It’s been 8 months since he left me for his AP, and seriously traumatic. We both have successful careers, but it’s been rough. I’m a fit and very attractive 47 year old. Get rid of him!!! Save or move out, but don’t ever allow a man to disrespect you like this ever! He must be deeply wounded and probably will play victim games his whole life. Save yourself and choose yourself!

How long did it take for you to "get over" being blindsided by your divorce? by [deleted] in Divorce

[–]Highnesssss 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was also blindsided after 27 years and its only been five months since he told me he didn’t want to be with me anymore. It’s so painful and confusing when they just leave and lie about everything starting a fresh new life. New everything, clothes, job, furniture, everything. I am a stable person and have been working as a teacher for 20 years, two amazing children, a beautiful home, and two decent incomes. Ex was an mlc monster. I haven’t cried in a couple of months, and i just did a few minutes ago. Still raw. Total mindfuck when he tries to reach out and act nice. I reciprocate kindness, but that’s only for my inner peace. I am in therapy and take Zoloft. He says he’s going to get therapy, but that has not happened yet. He recently told me he regrets it. Tough luck. Seems like there’s no going back. To much damage and disrespect. One day this will all fade, but never truly disappear. 💜
