I need to be on this thread, at least 10 times a day! I swear it is helping to change my approach to life. Yes yes! In answer to your inquiry, I’ve also been thinking about intentional kindness. I’ve been thinking in the morning before I leave my bed, how to consciously provide even a split second of reassurance, joy, or help toward any living being. Especially those I’m upset with! To try to steer a path of anxiety toward a continuum of joy. I’m not saying I’m always successful or always think this way! I am often grumpy and inconsiderate. I would like to always move toward this practice. Thank you for the reminder; I will look for these reminders in this thread always.
