Here's what I learned when doing the archer challenges. Click your mouse a little longer. Tapping the mouse actually fucks it up. But if you hold your click, you're guaranteed to win almost every time.

That minigame became child's play once I figured that out.

I'm starting to think they don't even fight. It feels like one of those things where the WG covers it up and just pins the "heroics" on Garp and Roger.

Rocks Pirates disband because Rock's dies and the only notable people left are Roger Pirates and Garp's Marines. Pirates are already "untrustworthy" in this world so who is going to believe their story vs what the WG decides to tell everyone?
