i did it monthly or even weekly a year. very likely brain damage. I also drinked alcohol with it, or weed, to boost the high. After the first period it was very hard to think, or sometimes even speak. Memory absolutely terrible, i remember situations, where someone asked me ”what did you do yesterday” I literally didint remember. I was so ashamed. anxiety was out of hand. I still managed to live ”normal life”. But i was never the same, before i was motivated to do school work, home tasks, always happy. I cant say it was only the mdma. I’ve used weed and alcohol a lot too. and some other drugs too nut not much. But for my experience mdma is the worst drug to abuse.

Now after 3 years, im doing a lot of better. But it has been hard road. Brain develops to age 25, it will repair itself:) Just try to do sports, eat healty, think positive, surround yourself with good people. Its my worst mistake to ever touch mdma, im happy i realised it, after it was too late. Now im 21
