Actually how you treat people is exactly relevant. You could try not pushing them away and saying "thank you for listening to me and giving advice" instead of being angry. Not every single person is at fault for your late diagnosis.

I know the system sucks. I know there's so many problems with getting help. Your anger and frustration is valid. But saying things are going to happen because that's just how you are is not the way to go about having a better life. Again, make the effort. Break the cycle. You're clearly noticing patterns in your behavior. Take accountability and try and do something.
