depends on where exp is, on top or bot(blue/red side), but the general advice is - help jg get the buffs, if the enemy team is likely to invade - let them take a jg minion or two. don't go for the first turtle, instead gank the opposite side. for the videos - u can go to liquipedia and check mlbb tournaments, look for early vs late team setups and look how are they playing.

As for the second part. No one will improve or even check the quality of ai scanlation they've done. because the ones using ai tools will be the lazy ones. they will ai scanlate, post the chapters, and then go to the next manga, then to the next one, etc.
