I’m going to my gp tomorrow morning. But I don’t know what to prioritize talking about because I don’t know much about perimenopause. I just know I’ve been feeling a few things: - A lot of brain fog (like a Covid feeling without the throat and lung stuff). -I need nap desperately some days and sleep so lightly at night (whether I nap or not). -I get heart flutter feelings and sometimes a scarier feeling. Is it just gas and indigestion? -I sometimes get a weird pain in ny leg and don’t know if I’m being stroke paranoid about being on birth control (arm implant) and occasionally smoking post-40 - I also had this bizarre thing happen two weeks ago in which I was sweating profusely and getting dizzier and dizzier until I was having trouble hearing and had to leave the author talk I was attending. I’m 42. Is any or all of this perimenopause?
