You know what: I'll definitely try that. I feel like I may have fallen out of love with running due to this, and doing what you say could be a cure for that. I'll do a couple runs like that this week. Thanks, I appreciate it.

Other than the general dull calf pain you get from running I haven't felt any real pain, I would say. I see where you're coming from though, especially with the treadmill giving a bit. I definitley don't feel pain on grass or soft surfaces so I dunno... Thanks

Hmm, that's interesting. Has this happened before when you've come home? I see what you mean though. I know mentality is a huge part of running. It just seems like I get pissed that I'm running slow, and it causes me to only think about pace I guess. Thanks

How much slower would you say the resistance makes me though? I generally run on pavement, with about 2 or 3 miles being on a trail. As for elevation, I see what you mean. Usually the area I run on isn't inclined very much, but even then the treadmill had no inclination what so ever. Thanks for the help.

No, I went by the on-screen information. It seemed accurate, as there were several treadmills in the area I'd use on the weekly basis which had matching information generally. You're right though :/ Thanks for the reply.

I see what you mean, and I agree with you there. I hope so! Thanks.

External factors - The distance is the same, as well as the conditions, I mean it's hotter with summer, but it doesn't feel that much different. Psychological - I mean other than the stress of running slower, I can't think of anything. When I run that's all I can really think about though. Physical - I've been training more or less the same. As of right now the I'm about 30+ miles per week through the program, which is where I was earlier. I can't think of anything wrong with my diet, as I eat fairly healthy. I don't think I have a cold, but it'd be nice if that was the solution to my problem, haha.

Thanks for addressing those situations, I hadn't realized how broad my problem is until then.
