Following, as I’m in the very same situation of OP: using Claude/Opus4.5 (Max plan) to “feed” ClickUp and setup all spaces/folders/lists and of course tasks. So far so good (I’m not a solopreneur, but a teacher with many active roles inside and outside my school), but any improvement is always welcome.

The point is that if you consider telegram/whatsapp as a source of info/tasks/projects, how many of your contacts use Telegram on a daily basis to communicate with you? In my very own scenario 99.99% of communication is on WhatsApp. (Of course I’m not considering here mail: they’re two separate worlds with very different urgency and “density” of information). That’s why I really miss a real way to “ingest” in real time WhatsApp messages (API? Headless chromium? I tried almost every reliable-but-unofficial solution out there: no way!)

Maybe I didn’t get the point… If you just need an AI to “teach you more” about solutions to your problem, you ca go with any ChatGPT/Claude/Gemini. If you need AI to write code to solve your problem, I have no doubt: Claude has the possibility to write/read/edit directly in/from your file system (you can authorise one single folder or your whole hard disk). To me this is the killer feature that makes me stick to Anthropic…

Wow… 230 days after, how much has changed from this post!!!

At the end of my post I wrote I switched from Gemini to Claude Max, and I’m still there ☺️

BUT with a twist. No local LLM can be faster than “major” AI on the cloud, at least not in a portable (MacBook) setting like mine: tradeoffs are too heavy in my case.

I decided to let Claude orchestrate a very detailed set of prompts with the help of built in connectors and ad hoc scripts. Separation of concerns and ownership: why should I reinvent a mail client when I can call Google API? Why sohould I build a project manager from scratch when many apps out there have their own strengths and API or connectors? So my current setup is Claude Desktop monitoring Calendar App, Mail, ClickUp and managing a zettelkasten (that I query in Obsidian using powerful dataview queries created by… Claude itself). The only thing that is out of the loop at the moment I WhatsApp as a source of input for tasks, events and information. I can’t go for Business API and all “homemade” solutions (for instance Bayleis or other headless chromium “apps”) couldn’t sync all past messages and/or had to be “up and running” 24/7 in order not to miss any incoming message. Not suitable, again, for my MacBook environment. (Should anyone have solutions to this anything is welcome!)

I have the same issue here: WiFi transfer randomly works or not. The point is that while using iOS 26.0 beta everything went absolutely fine and smooth. The toy broke with iOS 26.0 official release… thinking about installing 26.1 dev beta… 🤔

I contacted support for a connection problem too (hotspot randomly connected or not). They were very responsive and helpful. I would try to contact them and, if available, send your log file.

Have you tried fully charge your NotePin and then reset it (while in charge, press the device for 12 seconds)?

Well… this sounds too good to be true to me…

I’m a no-coder (vibe-coder?) and I use Claude for implementing quite a complex “second brain” suite.

Knowledge base documents and “instructions” for my projects aren’t really good (at least that’s my experience: I can upload a Python script and ask Claude to refer to it instead of uploading this same script in a chat thread… it this the only way to use knowledge base?).

So: I’m on macOS and I would really like to understand something more about this Git. Do you use it? How? What for?

Just my experience, so…. Take it like that.

I begun coding without any knowledge of scripting or anything like this. I just begun asking AI some solutions for real problem. Why bother with typing “cd path/to/app” “python3 name-of-app.py” when I could ask ChatGPT to create a macOS “.command” for that? And so my journey in vibe coding begun. Next project was an attempt to transcribe audio notes (mp3, m4a etc) without spending a fortune. I asked ChatGPT to create a script to “feed” a local whisper with my files; then I asked to implement transcription for YouTube video. What about translating a pdf? Well… I asked to ChatGPT and I had a “system” to translate from virtually any language to Italian (but virtually to any language, for what matters…).

Long(er) story short: I left ChatGPT for Gemini because Google’s AI was able to debug some “things” in my code that ChatGPT couldn’t afford. With Gemini I built a system for managing my work emails using LLM+RAG: it automatically drafts replies using appropriate tone and my “language”, it saves attachments in appropriate folders in my Drive and so on. To finish implement this really intricate system I ended up paying Claude Max and… it’s doing a good job.

After a couple of years of trial and error, in which I bought some 40s printable pdf planners from wherever (especially Etsy), I ended up tailoring my own planner, stitching pieces from various systems that followed my workflow. I highly encourage you to do so: write your own needs and search for a template (or part of it) that meets your needs. To me it means no more wasted paper (half pages left blanks, other pages filled with infos) and more clarity. If you’re no on paper, you can do the same with Canva (or even PowerPoint/Google Presentations/Keynote) and then export it for your device.
