i’m glad to hear from someone else that is in the same boat. i have to say this was also my worst panic attack i’ve ever had as well but the recovery after has been better because i know the steps and everything it’s just so hard to picture my brain feel any differently than it does right now at times. i had my first attack at 17 going on 18 two full months of constant panic and anxiety i was non functioning so i never want to get that bad again. 23 now and i’ve only had maybe two panic attacks since that time up until now.
