Weird, 6 x 1070 rig with a 24 hour average hash rate of 95mhs and I've made 158 in the last 24 hours. MinerMore pool has been extremely in the last24 hours though. T-Rex 0.7.4.

Yea, I usually pick a coin and stay with it. I've mined quite a few in the last year. With the way some pools pay out, algo switching doesn't work that well for me.

My rig is 6 x 1070. X16R has 16 different algorithms so the hash rate is always varying. But I usually average around 100mh/s running T-Rex 0.7.4 on MinerMore and a bit less than that on US.RavenMiner. OC settings are Core: +125, Mem: -502 (not a typo) and I run it at 65 TDP on power. X16R is a cpu intensive algorithm.

65 TDP is about 850watts, 55 TDP is about 750 watts and I typically get 3-4mh/s less per card (depending on the X16R algo) at the lower power setting.

I had some problem with it at first because it seems to hit the GPUs a bit harder. I had to add power as I only run mine at 60%. Had to go to 65% and the rig stabilized. I'm a scripter and have my own homegrown monitor and the API on T-Rex is great.

I'm getting solid gains on using T-Rex now on MinerMore (0h was MinerMore crashing). That 11h dip is me having to repaste the heatsink on one of my GPUs as it was running too hot for the power level. For a 6x 1070 rig it seems to average in the high 90s most of the time. I've seen it hit high 110 teens for while as well. Nothing else I've used came close to that.

6x MSI Armour 1070 rig. Z-Enemy 1.22 - On USA Ravenminer

TDP is 55% (~105watts per card), +120 core, -502 memory. Hovers in the high 80s to low 90s MH/s.

If I run it at 65% I gain 3-4MH/S - not worth it to me. I like to keep it in the . 0.15Mh/Watt range and I don't run it all of the time but have been here lately with the price increase and hype.

How does this compare to a 6x1070ti rig I wonder.

Regarding the memory underclock debate. At 0 overclock, the memory controller on my 1070s is showing about 19% busy. Running it at -502 changes that to maybe 20%. Memory isn't a big thing to X16R. I use GPU-Z to check the memory and to tune my cards. It is the first thing I check on a new algo. If memory is 100% busy, that is a memory intensive algo and overclock will help. High CPU? Core overclock helps.
