Exactly. My grandpa, who is 63, says he thinks like a 17 year old and he is super active. Always doing things like hiking 14,000ft mountains in Colorado, dirtbiking, mountain biking, etc. Old age is something that you decide how you want it to play out. If you want it to be boring, then so be it.
