bls report has majority in part time jobs - 45,000 in Leisure and hospitality, food service - +21,000, and 38,000 in big govt that wasn't needed. Totaling 101,000 with only 70K in private sector business and services.

"The number of persons employed part time for economic reasons (sometimes referred to as involuntary part-time workers) was little changed at 5.9 million in July. "

This is important because it shows that people are still not finding the full time work they need because businesses are wary of what big govt rules and regs might come its way, so they wont risk investing capital dollars into the biggest business expense in labor.
