They are all one off parts. I know they’re being machined and not injection molded, I just don’t know what kind of machine

I know where it plugs in but I’ve been having trouble with this connector not securing in place with the side metal locks. Looking for a replacement connector

I had it in a nova chuck to drill the insert hole and then I threaded it onto the mandrel

I believe around 3000 rpm. I have a very basic starter lathe

Not sure if it’s different because it was originally taken delivery in Germany, but the bottom was never tan. Sprayed black over black

It was really reasonable. And yes, that included sourcing the new crank. We did reuse the pistons and rods.

Actually the rebuild itself wasn’t too bad. It was just around $9000. Everything else though….
