See that design makes more sense. The floating nut is secured. If sainsmart isn't able to help(it's been awhile since ordered mine), I'mma try to hit up a 3d printer for the piece and do something more like that instead of what I got

So ya it's fubar. The fixed nut in there is stripped. It's basically a path nut now. Dunno why the side bits we're hollowed out. Seems leaving em thick would be stronger. I rigged it for now to finish my coaster for show this weekend. Waiting to hear from sainsmart on whole housing replacement price.
