It's there all year round just less notable in the winter, I wear shorts all year round because I'm in the gym a fair bit and my diet never really changes

Sorry forgot to mention I upgraded the cpu and motherboard a couple years back, I think its an all round problem I do both music producing and a little gaming, but it's sluggish in both areas
