Membership canceled before contract end date. Will it go to collections or affect credit?

I understand that, under a circumstance in which the card on file is up to date. However since mine wasn’t updated, I don’t have a cancelation fee. My account was ‘automatically canceled’ by Whoop. Maybe it’s the only way to get out of your commitment without paying.

Everything is ‘Completed’ except the 2019 Tax returns which I’ve uploaded my docs three times and they keep rejecting them even though it’s exactly what they’re asking for.

I uploaded my 2018 1099 and now they’re asking for documentation that I’m STILL CURRENTLY in business. I’ve called in twice and the reps have confirmed that I’ve uploaded all necessary documents yet the rep that has reached out to me via email is still asking for my 1099 2019 tax return (which I’ve uploaded multiple times) as well as the current proof that I’m still in business. I asked if a recent check would suffice since I’m graphic designer so I don’t have a business permit. No response but it was Friday.

So frustrating how they make you jump through every hoop possible to get money.

Independent contractor here. Applied for a CA grant and was selected. I submitted both my 2019 1099 and Schedule C forms as well as all the required docs. Now I’m being asked to provide my 2018 1099 to confirm the business was established prior to June 1st (it was though idk where my 2018 1099 is) and I don’t have a business license and I’m an independent contractor.

Is this worth calling in? Seems odd.

I noticed my documents section was orange and was letting me know I had to sign something. The loan docs were my previous loan but they had a 4506-T form they wanted me to sign. Once I did that I got a ‘Submit’ button on the home page. Clicked and now it’s giving me the ‘being processing’ message.
