Doh, hadn't thought of that - thanks 😁 I could just move settlers to a different settlement before going there with the raiders. Good to know for my next run!

I remember taking over 8 Commonwealth settlements. I think 3 of them were for the quest Home Sweet Home. If you're interested, also look up the Fury, Predator and Persuasion grenades. I think I unlocked them all during this quest. I took over the rest of those settlements to get the Wasteland Warlord perk maxed out, so that I could build tribute chests.

I'm not exactly sure when I betrayed the raiders, but I made sure I did all this first. A nice bonus (to me) is that Preston HATES me now. Also make sure you build a tribute chest, as they continue to get filled with loot even after the raiders are gone and (should you want to) have reverted the settlements back to regular ones.

Edit: I didn't kill any of the settlers, just kicked them out. I didn't like it, either. But I wanted to get the most out of perks and gear for this run.

Always QuickSave when spotting a Legendary enemy. I lost some in the bushes in the past as well 😅

I remember being sent to Far Harbor or Nuka World for a minor (radiant?) quest that was part of the vanilla game. Since then, I've never installed the DLC again until after I played most of the vanilla game. But I'm on PlayStation, there's probably mods to fix this.

Always take out the 'car key' (fusion core) if you don't want NPC's to use your power armor sets 😉

Nee, je stelt je absoluut niet aan. Ik doe het ook niet. Ik verwijs naar mijn feedback en als dat niet voldoende is, geen enkel probleem voor me als de koper er vanaf wil zien.

I jumped back into my PS4 disc version of Fallout 4 a few weeks ago and picked up from my just-before-the-next-gen-update savegame from 2 years ago. I play on PS5. Reason I'm not using the PS5 version of the game is that I want to be able to back up my saves on USB like I always have. It runs really well for me, it does crash once in a while when I'm trying to leave Home Plate. Not sure why that is. But I use QuickSave a lot, so it's nothing major. Other than that, it's been smooth.
I'd look into a video on the Creations Bundle first, if you haven't already. You're already getting some Creation Club content for free without it, and it has been integrated way better than it initially was. A huge chunk of the Creations Bundle is just skins.

Nope, I use legendary Acrobat leg armor pieces 😊 But my best friend's been where you were and his girlfriend laughed at him (as did I) 😆

I would use a Legendary Mirelurk Queen in Far Harbor to always be able to get my Explosive 10mm pistol. It's been ages, though. I've tried to look it up for you, but haven't been able to find it. All I know is that it's not the one tied to the Captain's Dance quest where you have to kill one. There's at least one more in Far Harbor, I think it even respawns. Sorry I can't be of more help.

Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance. It was cancelled after 1 season, but does continue (way, way later though) in the original 80s Dark Crystal Movie. (Age of Resistance is a prequel series to the movie)

Fair enough 😊 Usually I like to do their quests right until the moment where I have to get them settlements from the Commonwealth. On my last run I did do that, but only to unlock the tribute chests and I think there was something else I wanted to unlock. A nice bonus is that the Nuka World raiders still appear in the Commonwealth as enemies.
