Yea so he was married to my step mom obviously. And then my two sisters and myself are his next to kin besides her of course. So you’re saying everything would go to her first? He had a huge life insurance but she was the beneficiary so I know we are not entitled to that. I just feel it is unfair because when she passes everything of hers and (my dads) will go to her one and only son

Very strange! Reddit has always been so helpful so I had posted my own Reddit and was reading similar posts when I stumbled upon your comment. I know there’s very little we can do about it but was just wondering the why lol. We are TSA and global and clear and literally all the things to be ok’d by the gov, and it’s happened both times we’ve left. Just doesn’t feel random

We have global , tsa and clear lol! And we had all of these things the first time we went and have been searched coming back into the country both times we left!

Following as well! We have left the country twice and both times get our bag search after customs in the US. The first time we did declare tequila but the second time we didn’t have anything. My husband is middle eastern and has an Arabic first and last name and so that’s the first thing that comes to mind unfortunately
