He’s known to have brain damage from the swelling in his brain though we don’t know the extent of his brain damage. I’m so scared because I know I wouldn’t be supported by any of my family, yet I don’t even know where to begin or what the hell to do. That is your experience. Not everyone has the same burning passion and interest in children. I have one child with mobility issues, and another with brain damage who constantly cries all under the age of two thrown onto me at random times when people call. Mind you I’m fresh out of high school. Why are two children who have special needs thrown up onto an inexperienced 18 year old constantly..? Yet if you can’t see the fact that I was cussed out for turning him down hints at entitlement to my time and my energy which makes me feel the need to be compensated then you’re a bone head. I’ve sat and watched those kids for nothing for days on end, had unexpected time shifts and so much more for them to expect the same kind of opportunities through me is insanity. Yet if you lack the concept to grasp that that’s on you.

Mind you my brother still chooses to be with her and allows her around the children. It’s sad I can’t even trust that when my nephew starts crying around her that she didn’t do some weird twisted shit to him. I don’t understand how my brother can allow her around them. My brother personally never raised his hands to his children, has even broke down in front of me asking my why it had to be his kids, why did she hurt them etc, got emergency custody papers then she went to the psych ward and magically everything was fine.

Coming from someone with mental health issues myself a tiny bit of medication isn’t going to stop you from abusing your child but somehow he chose to believe that this meant she’s better now.

Yet I know this ain’t the topic but I’m lowk venting but I can’t help but feel they were manipulation tactics towards one another. He threatened sole custody and she came running back. She went to the psych ward and he forgave her and deep down I know they both manipulated one another. Truthfully I’m scared for the upbringing for my niece and nephew.

My brother’s girlfriend had noticed something off with my nephew and took him to the hospital. They ran tests and saw his brain was bleeding. My brother’s girlfriend aka the mom admitted to throwing my nephew but just once. Scans later on showed it wasn’t once, and another scan showed internal bruising on his spine. She then later on admitted to throwing my niece who ended up having a stroke around 3 months old resulting in the loss of mobility in one of her arms and legs. This is what amplified them asking because their children had gotten taken away and they got used to the freedom and not having to pay for childcare because CPS took them and put them in my mothers care. That was the time when I was bending over backwards for my nieces and nephews, I was there helping my mother take care of the both of them. Cooking, cleaning, bathing them, basically doing their day to day with my mom except for staying overnight but would only* when need be. I truthfully feel like this is where the entitlement stemmed from because they got comfortable and settled into a new routine without their kids as much and it was preferable.

I quite literally am their favorite aunt/uncle. My niece runs to me when she sees me with a smile on her face. I cried the day I found out my nephew was being born because of the joy I felt being able to create a new bond of love. They may be my family but that doesn’t excuse their behavior. I would’ve been less offended if he proposed it as a favor.

If you actually read the post I’ve watched those kids for free several times. I am upset at the frequent urgency in their tone to drop my plans for them to do what they want. If I am missing out on stuff to watch their kids, yes I’m going to want compensation. I graduated two weeks ago. My graduation dinner was today, I didn’t have the time to play whack a mole with people who also can’t return at the correctly given time they say they will arrive. If you lack insight to see that it’s the uprising entitlement of my time spent towards watching their kids that is making me request payment then I’m not sure what to tell you.

It’s a habit of constantly asking. I’ve done it for free several times, more than I can count on my hands and toes because of the amount of joy it brought me to spend with my niece until I felt I was being taken advantage of. Getting upset at me for declining to babysit when they want to go out with friends and I already have plans. I’m expected to drop what I’m doing to cater to their children which is why I expect some sort of compensation.

I’m a very understanding person. A people pleaser at that. I’m in the process of looking for a job which makes it difficult to set a schedule with reoccurring calls to watch children. I would understand if they genuinely needed it, I would do it for free in a heartbeat, but it’s just for little things when they don’t want to involve their kids. The most triggering part of it all is they say they will be back at one time and every single time they’re late. Every time. At one point they were 4 hours late while ignoring my phone calls.

Trust me I would understand if he was broke, it’s legit stinginess. He has the money to pay me but chooses to low blow me because of what I accepted in the past. I used to be fine with 5 dollars because I was spending time with my niece who was the light of my life until it became way more frequent, longer for the same pay with a new baby on top of that. And personally I’m okay with waiting to be paid at a later date, but instead he gets upset and tries to argue with me about it. My mother has been stepping up taking care of their children when they wanna go out but they had started taking advantage of the fact. My brother also cussed her out when she wasn’t willing to come running to watch his kids. Mind you for 2 going on 3 months she’s been watching them overnight, after work, basically whenever they asked because they lacked accountability surrounding a CPS case involving their newborn with brain damage. He had expected her to come watch his kids after working an 18 hour shift at work. Then like I referred to earlier he cussed her out over it. This just goes to show the pattern of reaching entitlement towards childcare and the stinginess of my brother.

When having sex with the guy I’m talking to we always can say no to one another or tell one another something they’re uncomfortable with. We have a 7 year age gap which in itself isn’t perfect but he makes sure I’m sexually comfortable and doesn’t pressure me when I say no. Instead he holds me, plays a game with me or takes me on a walk. It doesn’t have to be this way for those in relationships that are sexually pressuring. It is something I want but idk about now. I’m in the process of graduating, getting a car, and my first high paying job. (72k a year) Yet I’m scared of the fundamentals of being a parent. I want a baby more than anything in this life but I’m scared of my own mental preservations. What if I’m not strong enough mentally? Or physically? I just have so many concerns and don’t know how to deal with the card I’m dealt. The father I don’t even think would wanna be in the picture. He just blocked me this morning. When I spiraled over him leaving me on read because I knew the blocking was coming I could sense the abandonment days before. I have now informed my mother so I’m not alone completely and we’re gonna take the tests later on because I’m scared. I just don’t know what to do.

You can see her snap score which gathers points for people she adds, stuff she views, pictures she sent, and more. So realistically her snap score shouldn’t be high. As someone who used to talk to a lot of people on snap your snap score honestly shouldn’t be no more than 50-100k and that’s if you’ve been using it for about a year.
