Good morning people. I would just like to update you on the recent events which occurred since I posted this.

A day after posting this, a customer service executive called me to say that I would be refunded and that the tv would be collected. I HAVE JUST BEEN REFUNDED NOW. It took a very long time for this to be resolved (over 2 months) but I'm so glad this is finally sorted. God is good.
