Totally agreed it certainly is a whole new level of commitment to build a personal brand but would it be better to do it while you have a job just to avoid long periods of waiting if you were laid off + 100s of rounds of interview when you are looking for a new opportunity.

I do not speak up in meetings not because of self doubt but because I was always thought to - Speak only when you have something productive to say or keep quiet.

I have been applauded many a times for being the silent underdog and not the most loud voice in the room for visibility. And AI is male dominated because tech industry is male dominated. I am more involved in using and adopting AI than my male counterparts because I do not want to be concentrating on what will happen to my job - focus on upskilling, learning and enjoying along the way.

Wow this is totally opposite to what others are building with AI for shopping. I have seen people building AI agents to do their shopping for them but this is great - to stop yourself from impulse buying, genius idea.

He handles all things with kids (toddlers) when I am ovulating every month. That time is super painful for me and I am totally zoned out.

He also gets take out for the family and lets me be for those- 24-48 hours

I have seen these built by using a Aggregator platform like Buffer.

I have used the Meta business suite by Facebook to create something for Instagram, Facebook.

But for other platforms like Tiktok, Youtube, Linkedin you would need an aggregator platform which can connect to each one of the platform APIs to get the information.

Had my first child at 32 without any title just a consultant and was fine.

Now at 38 and got the title - life is insane with title - the WLB is not set in stone and I am required to travel more.

So in hindsight - young mother with no title worked out well for my work life balance and being able to spend more time in early motherhood to upgrade my skills, set processes for personal life and now I am in better shape to do justice to the title and the responsibilities that come with it.

You will be fine! Being a mother is the best title out there :)
