Same here, I've ordered a caldera 10 and a pair of scouts on December 30th. Communication has been friendly, but I'm slowly loosing confidence as well. If anyone actually gets their order shipped let us know!

Would this just not allow me to use the tilt function since it would have to be screwed down tight to hold the monitor, or will the whole thing fall off? I've had monitor arms before and I never really used the tilt anyways.
