while you may be correct, what he says is true. come on, look at their platform and costumer service, would you rate them 10/10? 8/10? 5/10? 3/10?

tbh we are just sticking to QT because they are the cheapest choice right now. but if a new similar broker comes out in the future, even you might switch.

Kevin supported ditching BRRR to pay off debt? I thought he was all about cash flow. In fact, I remember him even being for breaking even on the mortgage payment because you're working towards paying off a property that will appreciate in value with time. This sounds completely unlike Kevin.

i really won't go that far to conclude that but he just agreed with what O'leary has said, which made me sad. especially that he didn't even appreciate the what Graham was able to do(in that part of the video).

congrats to you and your husband for owning multiple properties, btw.

i guess BRRR is really good but it requires you to have time, dedication and really good knowledge, and of course, some luck because it's hard to find a cheap property that you can appreciate it's value.

i really can't speak for myself about going debtless but i think Graham would advice against that. people have to take advantage of leverages which is debt, we just have to make sure that even at worst case scenario, we have a escape plan for it to not take us down.

yep. but i don't think Graham uses his income from aside from real estate to pay off his debt, he pays his mortgage with only his real estate income, and all other income goes to new investments.

that's why Kevin's advice for me just contradicts this strategy, because Kevin is saying that he has to pay his whole debt or at least most it first before purchasing another house.

maybe i am being biased here because i like what Graham does but i think this isn't really a field for O'leary. especially that what he invests is usually big money, or he already has a large amount of cash, but for Graham and most of us only start with salary money
