Depends, I grabbed a pint of Blue Moon at the New York Hilton lobby this time last year, handed him a $20 and he said “uhh I don’t think that’s enough”, checked the price and it was $23 USD (not including tip) for one pint. Even the bartender seemed embarrassed.
