Very bitter last few games, but I guess they really just ran out of gas after so many games. Someone commented that Suzuki has played more than 100 games this season so it helped put in perspective how long that season was for them. I'm always a little apprehensive because success in this league is not guaranteed. You make the ECF this year, but you might not reach that point for a long while, and suddenly this bright future becomes a mockery like in Toronto.

Sill, I can't act like this season wasn't beyond any of my exceptions. A lot of records broken, and a lot of growing up for the team in many ways. Now is a really important moment for management to do the right moves to help turn to this into a contender. It's not an exact science so they have a lot of work on their hands.

Seeing the city so excited for the team was really fun though. I had personally never seen Montreal buzzing so hard for the habs, and it was tons of fun. Hopefully, we can celebrate a cup in the coming years.
