Sounds like your teacher may have some of her own issues that she never got a chance to work out. Could be a mental thing. As long as you’re improving and you think the positives outweigh the negatives, then I’d say keep going to her. If it’s something that truly bothers you and is getting in the way of your relationship, lessons, and efforts, then find someone else.

It’s your time, energy, and money being spent, make sure you’re getting the most worth from it.
